We’re activating for a mission-driven, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse who’s ready to elevate care delivery and keep our clinical engine running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be a pivotal partner to our Medical Director—supporting patient care, managing medication workflows, and ensuring our clinical operations stay compliant, efficient, and people-centered.

You’ll take point on vital signs, documentation, medication administration, and problem-solving alongside a collaborative team that values trust, communication, and clinical excellence. Minimum Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma LPN license

• At least one year of nursing experience
