Our outpatient substance abuse program includes medication treatment for opioid use disorder, along with counseling, case management, peer support, education, and nursing support. Serving Ardmore, Mead, Lawton, and Anadarko.
Methadone Treatment
Daily Methadone dosing, medical monitoring, and stabilization for individuals with opioid addiction.
Individual Therapy
One-on-one substance use and co-occurring therapy tailored to relapse prevention, coping skills, trauma work, and long-term recovery.
Group Counseling
Group sessions centered on triggers, cravings, relapse cycles, accountability, and supportive peer engagement.
Family Counseling
Strengthening communication, boundaries, and family support systems to enhance recovery outcomes.
Case Management
Assistance with housing, benefits, medical care, transportation, and navigating community resources to reduce barriers.
Education & Resources
Recovery education, overdose prevention, and resource guidance for clients and families.
Peer Recovery Support
Lived-experience peers offering encouragement, daily support, and real-world recovery strategies.
Nursing Support
Medication safety, vitals monitoring, and care coordination with prescribers.
What to Expect in Our Outpatient Program
Clients receive structured treatment blending medication, therapy, and wraparound support designed to stabilize opioid use and build long-term recovery.
Intake & Assessment: Screening, history review, and determining eligibility for medication treatment.
Medication Treatment Plan: Medical evaluation, dosing, and ongoing physician-directed monitoring.
Counseling Services: Individual, group, and family therapy scheduled based on clinical need.
Ongoing Support: Case management, peer support, and nursing services to maintain stability and remove barriers.
